Complimentary registration does not include meals. Meals can be purchased as an add-on to your registration.
Contractors do not qualify for government registration and must register as Industry. A valid govt employee email is required at time of registration.
Company must be a Corporate NDIA member with defense-related annual revenue of $10 Million revenue or less.
You may cancel your registration and receive a refund, minus a $100 cancellation processing fee, if submitted in writing by the cutoff date of Friday, October 21, 2023. If cancellation occurs after the cut-off date of Friday, October 21, 2023, no refund will be offered. Substitutions are welcome and are encouraged. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to Kimberly Williams at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will not be given for no shows.
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA’s Event Code of Conduct applies to all National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women In Defense (WID) meeting-related events, whether in person at public or private facilities, online, or during virtual events. NDIA, NTSA, and WID are committed to providing a productive and welcoming environment for all participants.
