At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:
Government: Government employee ID badge
Industry and Academia: Government issued form of ID (driver's license or passport)
Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

Contractors do not qualify for Government rates. A valid government or military email is requires at the time of registration. Please contact Jenica Seguine at jseguine@NDIA.org for the access code.
Company must be a Corporate NDIA member with defense-related annual revenue of $10 Million revenue or less to qualify.
You may cancel your registration and receive a refund, minus a $50 cancellation processing fee, if submitted in writing by the cutoff date of Tuesday, October 3 2023. If cancellation occurs after the cut-off date Tuesday, October 3 2023, no refund will be offered. Substitutions are welcome and are encouraged. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to jseguine@NDIA.org.
NDIA reserves the exclusive right to modify, postpone/reschedule, or cancel this program for any reason. If there is an event cancellation, every attempt will be made to reschedule, and registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled event date. Any incidental expenses incurred related to a cancelled event cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If a cancelled event cannot be rescheduled, NDIA will determine an equitable basis for the refund or credit of a portion or all of the registration fees, after due consideration of circumstances and expenditures.
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment.
