Registration

The registration fee covers capability briefings, general sessions, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities, including continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches and receptions. 

Online Registration

Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration is processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:

  • Government: Government employee ID badge
  • Industry and Academia: Government-issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)

Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS

Cancellations received by September 29, 2023 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after September 29, 2023. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to Krystal Heard via email to kheard@NDIA.org.

HARRASSMENT POLICY 

The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment.
