DoD Government / Active Duty Military Quota Control
The Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command has provided Tier 2 conference approval. The number of DoD government and Active Military personnel who can attend is limited. If you wish to attend please notify your command’s conference point of contact and send an email request with your name and command organization to Patricia Teferian at email@example.com
The registration fee covers general sessions, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities, including continental breakfasts, breaks, and lunches and the Monday evening networking reception for Industry attendees. Government and military attendees MUST include the meal and transportation tickets if those aspects of the event are desired. The deadline to purchase a government meal ticket is September 9, 2022.
Regardless of registration type, attendance at the Clambake requires payment of an additional fee.
This event is classified at the SECRET level (SECRET//NOFORN). All attendees must be U.S. Citizens holding a secret clearance or higher.
At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:
- Government: Government employee ID badge
- Industry and Academia: Government-issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)
Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Krystal Heard at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations for full conference registration categories received before September 15, 2022, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for this conference on or after September 15, 2022. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment.
Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!
