Registration

When registering, you will be allowed to choose one of the below options: 

  1. Electronics Division Meeting - In-Person (August 30, 2022) or
  2. Electronics Division Meeting - Virtual (August 30, 2022) or
  3. Trust & Assurance Subcommittee Workshop - In- Person Only (August 31, 2022 - September 1, 2022) or
  4. Electronics Division Meeting  - In-Person AND Trust & Assurance Subcommittee Workshop or
  5. Electronics Division Meeting  - Virtual AND Trust & Assurance Subcommittee Workshop 

Due to capacity limitations at Lockheed Martin's Global Vision Center, this event is limited to 135 in person attendees.

The registration fee covers keynote and general sessions and networking opportunities; including continental breakfasts, breaks, and lunch.

Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

If you are attending the Trust and Assurance Workshop, after you register, please complete this  questionnaire   to let us know a little more about yourself and what you look forward to getting from this workshop.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: COVID-19 Vaccination Information

At this current time, NDIA will required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test within the past 72 hours of August 30, 2022. Refusal to show proof will result in the attendee being asked to leave the event premises. Please see our Health and Safety FAQs webpage for more information. 

At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:

  • Government: Government employee ID badge
  • Industry and Academia: Government issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or Negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of August 30, 2022. NDIA will only allow the following tests that are administered by a medical professional: Rapid Antigen, Rapid PCR, and Regular PCR tests. Proof of antibodies or self administered/at-home tests will not be accepted. COVID testing is the financial responsibility of the attendee.

Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

Cancellations 

Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Krystal Heard at kheard@ndia.org. Cancellations for full conference registration categories received before August 12, 2022, will receive a refund minus $75 cancellation for fees over $100, $25 cancellation fee for fees under $100, or $10 cancellation for fees under $50. No refunds will be given for this conference on or after August 12, 2022. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment.

Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!
