The registration fee covers keynote and general sessions (unclassified and classified) and networking opportunities; including continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and receptions.

Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: COVID-19 Vaccination Information 

At this current time, NDIA will required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test within the past 72 hours of July 26, 2022. Refusal to show proof will result in the attendee being asked to leave the event premises. Please see our Health and Safety FAQs webpage for more information. 

At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:

  • Government: Government employee ID badge
  • Industry and Academia: Government issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or Negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of Tuesday, July 26, 2022. NDIA will only allow the following tests that are administered by a medical professional: Rapid Antigen, Rapid PCR, and Regular PCR tests. Proof of antibodies or self administered/at-home tests will not be accepted. COVID testing is the financial responsibility of the attendee.

Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

Cancellations received by July 8, 2022, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received after July 8, 2022. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations.
