Bio

Stacy Kubicek is the Vice President and General Manager for the Mission Solutions line of business within Lockheed Martin Space. In this role, she is responsible for approximately 4,600 employees and a multi-billion dollar portfolio focused on delivering and operating mission critical hardware and software solutions for government defense and intelligence agencies, as well as commercial and international customers. She provides end-to-end thought leadership for the business and is growing key capabilities in areas such as 5G from Space, Cyber, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML), and Joint All Domain Operations (JADO).

Previously, Kubicek was the deputy to the Vice President and General Manager for Mission Solutions and Vice President of Intelligence & Analytic Development. In this capacity, she was responsible for driving cross line of business synergies, strategy development, strong program execution and innovative business models.

Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Kubicek began her career with Lockheed Martin in northern Virginia as a Software Engineer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona and an MBA with a concentration in Information Technology from the University of Denver.
