Bio

Jim is the Vice President for Warfare Concepts and Cyber at Lockheed Martin (LM) where he leads interactions with senior US government leaders associated with warfighting concepts and cyber policy, programs, budgets and operations. He also articulates US government priorities and capability gaps to across the corporation to find solutions and close the gaps.

While in the military, Jim served in a wide range of leadership and command positions to include the US Cyber Command Chief of Staff, the US Air Force senior career intelligence officer, oversaw the multi-Service military component of the National Security Agency and commanded a 7,000 person global intelligence organization.

Jim is also a Special Government Employee for US Strategic Command’s Strategic Advisory Group Intelligence Panel; serves on Veteran Launch Advisory Board; Chairs the INSA Cyber Council and is an Advisor to NDIA’s Cyber-Augmented Operations Division.
