6:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. (Monday – Friday)

Parking Rates:
Public underground vehicle parking is also available at the Lockheed Martin building via the entrances located at either 20th/Crystal Drive or 23rd/Crystal Drive. ***Park in the section painted “yellow” so you may access the elevator banks to the first floor and enter the glass doors with the Lockheed Martin logo.

The Crystal City Metro Station is located beneath 241 18th Street S. and provides a direct and speedy link to downtown Washington, D.C., on the Yellow and Blue Lines. To access the GVC, once you arrive at the Crystal City Metro Station, please walk through the underground corridor to the South Clark Place/23rd Street entrance. Once at the street level, 2121 Crystal Drive (the LM GVC) is located directly across the street, between Chipotle and Cosi. Plan your trip at www.wmata.com.

Upon arrival at the GVC, please register at the Lockheed Martin Security Desk located near the GVC Globe on the lobby level. All non-Lockheed Martin visitors will be asked to present valid government-issued photo identification (driver’s license or passport) to the security guards. Upon validation of identity, the security guards will issue a visitor badge and then give you directions on how to proceed to your reserved conference room.

For your convenience, there is a business center located behind the security desk area where you will find a printer, copier, telephone, and closet to store coats and luggage.

COVID REQUIREMENTS

Employees and all other personnel are not required to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status, unless local health and safety regulations are more restrictive. However, employees must wear a mask following COVID-19 exposure or quarantine, per safety protocol. The CDC continues to encourage wearing masks for all unvaccinated employees/guests and those who are immunocompromised or at high risk of severe disease. Social/physical distancing is optional. Remember to continue make and give space to others who may choose to continue distancing for personal reason.

ATTIRE
Appropriate dress for this symposium is business attire for civilian and military Class A uniform for military presenters. Military attendees may wear uniform of the day for their respective organizations

ID BADGE
During registration check-in, each Attendee will be issued an identification badge. Your badge must be worn at all event functions.
