ATTIRE
Appropriate dress for the event is professional casual.

Masks
In accordance with NavalX, masks are required indoors regardless of vaccination status. Accordingly, all participants at the Digital Submarine Fair will be required to wear face masks at all times, except when actively eating or drinking. There will be provision to replace lost masks; however, please plan ahead and bring your own face mask.

Attendees should keep their masks conservative, professional, and in keeping with dignity and respect. Face coverings with demeaning or derogatory logos, profanity, offensive script or imagery, or political dissent are not authorized.

ID BADGE
During registration each attendee will be issued an event badge that must be worn during the event. Please be prepared to present a valid picture I.D.

Parking
Self-parking is available to all guests, complimentary. In the Garden parking lot, park in between the blue and orange lines. Please avoid parking in the spots with white lines as this area belongs to Dominion and towing is enforced (see below). There is also overflow parking at Victory Center (5001 Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22310 | 0.5 miles / 10 minute walk from NavalX).

HARASSMENT POLICY
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA and its affiliates, NTSA and WID, will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA, NTSA, and WID conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriately physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds of revoking access to the NDIA, NTSA or WID event.
