Mr. Howell is the Program Manager Supply and Maintenance Systems, Portfolio Manager Logistics Combat Element Systems, Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA.  He is responsible for 5 teams whose mission is to provide the Fleet Marine Force with Expeditionary Medical Systems, Corrosion Prevention and Control, Shelters/Combat Field Feeding/Containers, General Purpose Tools & Test Systems – Calibration, Automatic Test Systems and Advanced Manufacturing Systems. He served for 21 years of active duty as a Marine officer and has served in key leadership positions in several major programs to include Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle and Intelligence Data Fusion and Dissemination. Mr. Howell is a PMT 401 Program Manager’s Course graduate and is Level III certified in Program Management. He holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from The Citadel.
