Safety protocol will follow NDIA’s Meeting Guidelines which will meet or exceed state guidelines. NDIA will continue to monitor and evaluate our COVID-19 guidelines and follow local and state legal requirements.

NAVWAR HQ requires all visitors to complete form DD3150. Completed forms can be sent to Michael Minneman

  • Persons answering "I have not been vaccinated" or "I decline to respond" are required to have a negative test within 72 hours (rapid antigen, rapid PCR, regular PCR; proof of antibodies will not be accepted). A photo of a negative result within 72 hours will be accepted. 
  • Persons answering "I have not been vaccinated" or "I decline to respond" are required to maintain 6' of separation within the meeting space. 

Will proof of vaccination or a negative test be required to attend?
Form DD3150 must be completed by all attendees. Note instances above where a negative test is required to attend.

What is NDIA's mask policy?
NDIA follows CDC and state guidelines. Currently, at NAVWAR HQ, masks are required indoors regardless of vaccination status. Accordingly, all participants at the IPW Industry Roundtable will be required to wear face masks at all times, except when actively eating or drinking. Please plan ahead and bring your own face mask.
