Bio
Mr. Zeke Topolosky has 20 years of Federal Government service all with the Department of the Army and is currently serving as the Chief of the Technology Transition Office at the Combat Capabilities Development Command Army Research Laboratory (DEVCOM-ARL).  Mr. Topolosky is charged with establishing key partnerships to accelerate transition of scientific outcomes and technology and working across the organization to identify opportunities to transition technology into and out of ARL to support the Warfighter.  The Technology Transition Office also executes the ARL Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) program and the Army xTech prize competition program sponsored by the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (ASA(ALT)).   Mr. Topolosky earned a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2002 and has since supported Army technology development at the C5ISR Center Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate and at the ARL Sensors and Electron Devices Directorate prior to joining the ARL Technology Transition Office in 2020.
