Dr. M. Roman Hachkowski is the General Manager of L3Harris’s KEO Business Unit located in Northampton, MA delivering photonic products to both the US Navy and numerous international customers. He previous was the President of BEI Precision as well as currently the Executive Industry Advisor to NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Prior to joining BEI, Roman spent six years with Northrop Grumman - Adaptive Optics Associates as the General Manager responsible for mission critical optical and photonic solutions. He has also held various positions throughout his career with BAE Systems, Zygo Corporation and Goodrich Corporation as well as currently on a number of Board of Directors.
