NDIA will cover lodging for up to two nights lodging at The Mayflower Hotel.  NDIA has secured a room block from November 15th thru November 18th. The room rate is $296 per night, plus applicable taxes.  NDIA will make your hotel reservation, please email Krystal Heard at kheard@ndia.org to confirm your arrival and departure dates.  

The cut-off date for registering for a room is Wednesday, October 19, 2022.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: 4:00 pm
  • Check-out: 12:00 pm

Parking

  • Overnight Valet Parking: $63/day
  • Daily Valet Parking: $35 for up to 8 hours
  • Self parking is not available
