Premier - $20,000 - Limited to four sponsors (One remaining!)

  • One meeting room to be used as company meeting space. 
  • Recognition as one of the four hosts of the networking reception on the first evening of the conference, to include beverage napkins with sponsor logo to be distributed from the reception bar
  • Each sponsor will have the opportunity to have a literature piece (created and printed by sponsor) available at a marketing table near registration 
  • Sponsor email sent two weeks prior to the event to all registered attendees (each sponsor will have 200 word limit and the email will be sent through NDIA)
  • Sponsor logo and link on event website
  • Sponsor logo and 300 word description in onsite sponsor bulletin
  • Sponsor logo on promotional signage at event

Elite  - $11,000 - Limited to five sponsors (Three remaining!)

  • Two complimentary full conference registrations
  • Sponsor email sent to all registered attendees sent two weeks prior to the event (each sponsor will have 500 character limit and the email will be sent through NDIA)
  • Sponsor logo and link on event website
  • Sponsor logo and 200 word description in onsite sponsor bulletin
  • Sponsor logo on promotional signage at event

Registration & Lanyard - SOLD

  • 300 lanyards with company two-color logo imprint
  • Company logo on “Thank You to Our Sponsor” banner on the registration website
  • Sponsor banner with company logo on the registration confirmation (e-mail) receipt
  • Sponsor logo and link on event website
  • Sponsor logo and 200 word description in onsite sponsor bulletin
  • Sponsor logo on promotional signage at event

Networking Break - $6,000 - Limited to five sponsors; Tuesday AM/PM, Wednesday AM/PM (Five remaining!)
