Registration

The registration fee covers keynote and general sessions and networking opportunities.

Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

This is a classified event; therefore, attendees MUST submit their clearance information ahead of time. Instructions to submit your security clearance information can be found on our Security Clearance Information webpage. Clearances will not be processed onsite.

Registration will close on Friday, October 14, 2022.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: COVID-19 Proof of Vaccination or Negative COVID-19 Test

At this current time, NDIA will required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test within the past 72 hours of August 17, 2022 upon arrival to SWIF 2022. Refusal to show proof of either will result in the attendee being asked to leave the event premises. Please see our Health and Safety FAQs webpage for more information as well as what types of tests will be accepted.  

At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:

  • Government: Government employee ID badge
  • Industry and Academia: Government issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or Negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of Wednesday, August 17, 2022.

Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS

Cancellations received by October 7, 2022, will receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after October 7, 2022. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to kheard@NDIA.org.

HARRASSMENT POLICY 

The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA and its affiliates, NTSA and WID, will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation.
