CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS 

You may cancel your registration and receive a partial refund minus the $60 cancellation processing fee ($15 for rates under $100) if submitted in writing by Friday, January 14, 2022. If cancellation occurs after the cut-off date, no refund will be offered. Substitutions are welcomed in lieu of cancellations. By registering for the Virtual Winter 2022 Integrated Program Management Division (IPMD) Meeting, you understand that sharing login credentials and passwords is strictly prohibited. Sharing your login credentials means lending your username and password to someone else or using someone else's username and password to gain access to any virtual Winter 2022 Integrated Program Management Division (IPMD) Meeting content.

HARRASSMENT POLICY

NDIA’s Event Code of Conduct applies to all National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women In Defense (WID) meeting-related events, whether in person at public or private facilities, online, or during virtual events. NDIA, NTSA, and WID are committed to providing a productive and welcoming environment for all participants.
