Mrs. Stacey Shepherd is the Deputy Joint Project Manager for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Protection. She was assigned as the Deputy, JPM for CBRN Protection in February 2017. In this role, she is responsible for supporting the development, fielding, sustainment, and modernization of CBRN protection and hazard mitigation equipment for the Joint Forces. The JPM CBRN Protection portfolio currently consists of 20 Programs of Record and over 70 programs in sustainment. Mrs. Shepherd has over 19 years’ experience in the Joint CBRN environment with the majority of her experience in hazard mitigation, individual protection, and collective protection. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Mary Baldwin University. She is a member of the Army Acquisition Corps and is Defense Acquisition University Level III certified in Program Management and Test and Evaluation and Level II certified in Engineering.
