- 7:00 am - 6:00 pm on Tuesday, August 17.
- 7:00 am - 4:50 pm on Wednesday, August 18.
In-Person Conference registration includes:
- Access to the general session and exhibit hall.
- Continental breakfasts, breaks, and lunches.
- Reception on August 17.
- Post-event speaker proceedings (if releasable by speaker)
Please note, that if you would like to have access to conference recordings for 30 days post conference, upgrade your in-person registration to a COMBO for an additional $25.
- For in-person attendees, please sign up for a badge pick up time (a signup genius link will be provided). Please note, to encourage social distancing, you are asked to only pick up your badge during your time slot.
- If you are registering as an in-person attendee, you will be asked to read and sign a waiver regarding NDIA's policy on the COVID-19 pandemic and distribution of video recording.
Virtual Conference registration includes:
- Access to both general session.
- Post-event speaker proceedings (if releasable by speaker) and access to the conference recording 30 days post conference.
After registering, attendees can expect to receive an immediate receipt of the event. Login information for the virtual platform will be sent to attendees the week prior to the conference.

Academia registration is for full-time students or professors at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors or part-time students are not eligible.
Companies with defense-related annual revenue of $10 million or less qualify.
Contractors do not qualify for Government rate and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration and employee ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Non-US or Allied Governments may attend under government registration.
Registration cost is complimentary and DOES NOT include meals. To add meals, register for meal plan option. Contractors do not qualify for free registration and must register as Industry. Cancellations & Substitutions
Cancellations received by August 5, 2021, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee for an in-person registration and a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee for a virtual registration. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after August 5, 2021. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to mmangas@NDIA.org.
Please note: Cancellation policy does not apply to exhibit cancellations; no refunds will be issued for cancelled exhibits.
