On Demand Registration Page

What is "On Demand"?
The "On Demand" feature gives you access to the releasable presentations from the June Tactical Wheeled Vehicles Webinar to view at your own convenience. Accessing these presentations from the webinar allows you to gain valuable insights from the Tactical Wheeled Vehicles community. 

The registration fee covers access to all materials approved for release for ongoing viewing.

Online Registration
Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed.

Once you register, you will need to make sure you're logged in to your NDIA account, come back to the June Tactical Wheeled Vehicles Webinar event page, go to the "On Demand Content" tab, and then you will be able to view the recordings of the 5 webinars.

Already Registered?
For attendees who already registered and attended the webinar, you will just need to log into your NDIA account and the recordings will be available to you on the "On Demand Content" tab.

Registration Fees
On Demand: Academia
For full-time professors at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors are not eligible.

A valid military employee email is required at time of registration.

On Demand: Government - Civilian/DoD/Foreign
Contractors do not qualify for Government rate and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration.

ON DEMAND CANCELLATION

There is no cancellation for registering for the On Demand Content. Refunds will not be given if you do not log in to view the On-Demand content by Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 4 PM EST.

It is the responsibility of the attendee to test and troubleshoot the platform with their software prior to attending the event. There will be no refunds for technical difficulties. 

CREDENTIAL SHARING POLICY
By registering for the June Tactical Wheeled Vehicles Webinar On-Demand, you understand that sharing login credentials and passwords is strictly prohibited. Sharing your login credentials means lending your username and password to someone else or using someone else's username and password to gain access to any June Tactical Wheeled Vehicles Webinar On-Demand content.

NDIA reserves the exclusive right to modify, postpone/reschedule, or cancel this program for any reason. If there is an event cancellation, every attempt will be made to reschedule, and registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled event date. Any incidental expenses incurred related to a cancelled event cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If a cancelled event cannot be rescheduled, NDIA will determine an equitable basis for the refund or credit of a portion or all of the registration fees, after due consideration of circumstances and expenditures.

HARRASSMENT POLICY 
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA and its affiliates, NTSA and WID, will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA, NTSA, and WID conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriately physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds of revoking access to the NDIA, NTSA or WID event.
