Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration is processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

PLEASE NOTE: You will receive an email providing access to the virtual event platform approximately one (1) week prior to the conference beginning.

This complimentary registration is for attendees who only plan to attend the National Security Commission on AI Conference on Thursday only. This is not a full conference registration. To register for the full conference and attend the sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday please register through one of the above categories.

Exhibitor registration instructions below:

1.)  Complete your online registration here. Please make sure the main point of contact for the exhibit booth is the person to complete the online registration. Make sure to review the exhibitor packages and capabilities before registering to make sure you select the best package for your company. To learn more on the exhibitor packages please visit the Exhibits and Sponsorships side page here. When registering you will select one of the four (4) packages below.

2.) Once your registration is complete, Abby Abdala will reach out with an exhibitor contract for you to complete and sign. You will also receive instructions on how to register your second exhibit booth registrant.  


Cancellations 

Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Tiffany Milnor at tmilnor@NDIA.org. Cancellations for full conference registration categories received before March 12, 2021, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. For registrations under $100, a $25 cancellation fee will be applied. No refunds will be given for this conference on or after March 12, 2021. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment.

Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations! Remember, even if you cannot attend on the live days of the symposium, you will still have access to the content for up to 30 days following the conference.

NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. NDIA will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA conferences, meetings, and events. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the NDIA event.
