Important Notice for All Attendees
- During online registration, you will be asked to read and sign a waiver regarding NDIA's policy on the COVID-19 pandemic
- All attendees will be required to provide proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test within three (3) days prior to badge pick-up.

CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS
You may cancel your registration and receive a partial refund minus the $25 cancellation processing fee if submitted in writing by Friday, October 22, 2021. If cancellation occurs after the cut-off date, no refund will be offered. Substitutions are welcomed in lieu of cancellations. The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds of revoking access to the NDIA, NTSA or WID event.
EVENT CODE OF CONDUCT
NDIA’s Event Code of Conduct applies to all National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women In Defense (WID) meeting-related events, whether in person at public or private facilities, online, or during virtual events. NDIA, NTSA, and WID are committed to providing a productive and welcoming environment for all participants.
