Abstracts

The 24th Annual Systems and Mission Engineering Conferences brings together defense community members from industry, government, and academia to highlight ways for improving defense acquisition and performance.  This conference provides an interactive forum for Program Managers, Systems Engineers, Chief Scientists, and Engineers and Managers from Government, Academia and Industry. 

Information Required

  • Presentation Title
  • Author's Name, Title, and Organization
  • Author's Email, Phone Number, and Mailing Address
  • Targeted Topic
  • If presentation is a panel or individual presentation
  • Abstract submission should be no more than 5,000 characters

Abstracts, tutorials, or breakout session panels must be submitted online no later than Friday, May 14, 2021.

Abstracts, tutorials or breakout session panels will only be accepted through this web link. All required information must be completed. Upon completion of the required information, you will receive an email confirmation. Presentations are typically allotted thirty (30) minutes, including time for questions. Conference presenters are not exempt from registration and conference fees.

Mid- June – Send out Acceptance notices and author/speaker guidelines
October 4 – 7 – Systems and Mission Engineering Conference

Speaker Registration

Please note speakers will be required to pay a discounted registration fee. The discounted speaker registration fee will only be extended to the primary presenter; any additional authors will have to pay the regular conference fee. Fee information will be included in the speaker registration instructions.
