Full conference registration includes:
- Access to the general session, breakouts, and exhibit hall
- Continental breakfasts, breaks, and lunches
- Welcome reception on Monday and networking reception on Tuesday
- Off-site fire demonstration on Thursday -- signed waiver required
On-site registration will be open during the following times:
- 11:00 am – 7:00 pm on Monday, October 18
- 7:00 am – 5:50 pm on Tuesday, October 19
- 7:00 am – 5:50 pm on Wednesday, October 20
At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:
- U.S. Military/Active Duty: Military ID
- Government: Government employee ID badge
- Industry & Academia: Government-issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)
- Press: Press Credentials
Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

Company must be a Corporate NDIA member with defense-related annual revenue of $10 Million revenue or less.

You may cancel your registration and receive a refund, minus a $100 cancellation processing fee for in person and a $50 processing fee for virtual, if submitted in writing by October 8, 2021. If cancellation occurs after the cut-off date, no refund will be offered. Substitutions are welcome and are encouraged. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to Trish Wildt at twildt@NDIA.org. Refunds will not be given for no shows. Login sharing is strictly prohibited.
NDIA reserves the exclusive right to modify, postpone/reschedule, or cancel this program for any reason. If there is an event cancellation, every attempt will be made to reschedule, and registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled event date. Any incidental expenses incurred related to a cancelled event cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If a cancelled event cannot be rescheduled, NDIA will determine an equitable basis for the refund or credit of a portion or all of the registration fees, after due consideration of circumstances and expenditures.
VIRTUAL ATTENDEE CREDENTIAL SHARING POLICY
By registering for the 2021 Future Forces Capabilities Conference and Exhibition, you understand that sharing login credentials and passwords is strictly prohibited. Sharing your login credentials means lending your username and password to someone else or using someone else's username and password to gain access to any 2021 Future Forces Capabilities Conference and Exhibition content.
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA and its affiliates, NTSA and WID, will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA, NTSA, and WID conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriately physical contact, and unwelcome attention.
