Registration

 

The registration fee covers keynote, Science and Technology, and general sessions Tuesday - Wednesday, access to networking chats and virtual platform, and access to on-demand videos and handouts after conclusion of conference.

Online Registration

Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

Platform Information

On or about July 24 you will be receiving an email from support@digitellinc.com with details to create your account on the virtual platform.  Please be sure to white list this address so you don’t miss the email.  Creating an account on the platform will allow you to access the presentations, handouts and network with fellow attendees. Please note that it may take up to 10 hours to process a registration and receive login instructions so make sure to register early!

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Britt Sullivan at BSullivan@NDIA.org. Cancellations for conference registration received before July 24, 2020, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. For registrations under $100, a $25 cancellation fee will be applied. No refunds will be given for this conference on or after July 24, 2020

Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!

Credential Sharing Policy

By registering for vFuze, you understand that sharing login credentials and passwords is prohibited. Sharing your login credentials means lending your username and password to someone else or using someone else's username and password to gain access to any vFuze event.

NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. NDIA will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the NDIA event.
