Conference registration includes:
- Access to the general session and exhibit hall.
- Continental breakfasts, breaks, and lunches.
- Reception on August 25, 2020
- Post-event speaker proceedings (if releasable by speaker).
Refreshments ARE included with all paid attendees, speaker, and panel personnel, unless noted otherwise below.
On-site registration will be open during the following times:
- 12:00 - 5:00 pm on Monday, August 24.
- 7:00 am - 6:00 pm on Tuesday, August 25.
- 7:00 am - 3:30 pm on Wednesday, August 26.

Active Duty U.S. Military*:
You may register complimentary for this event via online registration with a special discount code. All active duty military registrants must provide a government email address on their registration to confirm complimentary attendance, and credentials will be verified on-site. Academia registration is for full-time students or professors at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors or part-time students are not eligible.
*Must show military ID at registration check-in when picking up badge. Meals are not included with the complimentary registration but can be purchased for $175. Contractors do not qualify for free registration and must register as Industry.
Attendee access to Exhibit Hall ONLY; registration does not include access to sessions. This is NOT for additional exhibitor personnel.
U.S. Civilian, DoD and Foreign Military. Contractors do not qualify for Government rate and must register as Industry.
Includes NDIA members and affiliates (NTSA, PSA, WID) and non-NDIA members.

Cancellations & Substitutions
Cancellations received by August 14, 2020 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after August 15, 2020. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to Meeting Manager Andrea Lane at alane@NDIA.org.
