The NDIA team values your support and is grateful for your involvement in our events. While keeping the health and safety of our event participants, members, and partners in mind, we are diligently examining each event and determining the best course of action. For this event, that course requires postponement.
We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time as we agree that this situation is not ideal. The well-being of our event participants is our priority. The NDIA team recognizes the importance of convening the national security and defense communities to promote the best policies, practices, products, and technology for warfighters and others who ensure the safety and security of our nation. During this challenging time, we will plan for bringing these communities together again. We hope to see you very soon.
As soon as more details related to this event are available, we will share them with you. We encourage you to monitor NDIA.org/Coronavirus for forthcoming updates
NDIA has a policy of strict compliance with federal and state antitrust laws. The antitrust laws prohibit competitors from engaging in actions that could result in an unreasonable restraint of trade. Consequently, NDIA members must avoid discussing certain topics when they are together – both at formal association membership, board, committee, and other meetings and in informal contacts with other industry members: prices, fees, rates, profit margins, or other terms or conditions of sale (including allowances, credit terms, and warranties); allocation of markets or customers or division of territories; or refusals to deal with or boycotts of suppliers, customers or other third parties, or topics that may lead participants not to deal with a particular supplier, customer or third party.
