NDIA and Affiliates
Academia registration is for full-time students or professors at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in.
Companies with defense-related annual revenue of $10 million or less
Conference Only - No meals included

Registration includes event program and all meals, breaks and refreshments. Contractors do not qualify for Government registration and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration and employee ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Non-US or Allied Governments may attend under government registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received on or before April 24, 2020, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 24. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment. We do not issue refunds for the sole purpose of switching forms of payment; please ensure you register with the correct form of payment. This cancellation policy applies to all attendees, regardless of the method of registration or reason for cancellation.
Substitutions to this conference are welcomed and encouraged in lieu of cancellations. If substituting for someone, please notify NDIA in writing at tmilnor@NDIA.org if payment is to be refunded to the original registrant or transferred to cover the substitute registration fee. A registration form must be completed for the new attendee.

NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. NDIA will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA conferences, meetings and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the NDIA event.
