Registration

This event is classified at the SECRET level (SECRET//NOFORN). All attendees must be U.S. Citizens holding a secret clearance or higher.

Security clearances are being accepted. The deadline to submit your paperwork for security clearance is Friday, May 1, 2020. If you are not cleared, you will not be permitted to attend the Conference.

Registration is a two part process.  You must both register via the NDIA link below and submit your clearance, per the instructions, in order to attend.  Fully registered delegates will pick up their badges on the morning of May 18th at the Ronald Reagan International Trade Center. You must have a badge to enter the CLASSIFIED conference rooms.

Please do not contact us regarding your clearance status.  You will be contacted if your clearance information has not been received. 

Prohibited Items:
Please leave the following prohibited items in your vehicle to facilitate entry into the conference venue. There will be a checkpoint to leave prohibited items that are inadvertently brought into the building.

• Computers/Tablets
• Ear Pieces
• Bluetooth or RFID Devices
• Backpacks
• Briefcases
• Notebooks
• Purses
• Smart Watches
• Other personal electronics or data storage devices
• Note taking is prohibited during the conference.

Attendees will not be allowed to bring anything into the conference sessions that will allow them to take notes. Periodic spot checks of conference sessions by security personnel will be conducted.

 

Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing to Britt Sullivan at bsullivan@NDIA.org. Cancellations received on or before May 1, 2020, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for this conference on or after May 2, 2020. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment.

Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations.
