A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Parsippany for this Summit. The cutoff date for the room block is Monday, March 9, 2020. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. When making your reservation, indicate that the room reservation is for 2020 Munitions Executive Summit.

Room Rates

The group rate is $235 per night for industry and $152* per night for government.

*This rate is only available to active duty military and civilian government employees; U.S. government-issued active duty ID cards and travel orders are required upon check-in. Failure to present these credentials will result in being charged the prevailing hotel rate.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted more than 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time will result in one (1) night room rate and applicable taxes being charged to the credit card on file of the party that made the reservation.
