Registration
Registration will open in early December.
This event is classified at the Secret U.S. Level. All attendees must be U.S. Citizens holding a secret clearance or higher. This event is closed to the press.
Conference registration includes:
- Access to the general session and technical sessions
- Continental breakfasts, breaks, and lunch
- Opening reception on Monday evening at the Courtyard Marriott by Marriott San Diego Airport/Liberty Stations & networking reception on Tuesday evening at the Admiral Kidd Conference Center
On-site registration will be open during the following times:
- 4:00 – 6:00 pm on Monday, March 30
- 7:00 am – 6:00 pm on Tuesday, March 31
- 7:00 am – 5:00 pm on Wednesday, April 1
Please note: Registration times are subject to change.
At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:
- Government: Government employee ID badge
- Industry & Academia: Government-issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)
Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

Companies with defense-related annual revenue of $10 million or less qualify.
Academia registration is for full-time faculty and staff at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors and part-time faculty/staff are not eligible.
Contractors do not qualify for Government rate and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration and employee ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Non-US or Allied Governments may attend under government registration.

Cancellation Policy
All refund, cancellation, and substitution requests must be submitted in writing to Alissa Meehan at ameehan@ndia.org. There is a $100 cancellation fee for all cancellation requests. NO refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 13, 2020. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, he/she will be invoiced for payment. We do not issue refunds for the sole purpose of switching forms of payment; please ensure you register with the correct form of payment. This cancellation policy applies to all attendees, regardless of the method of registration or reason for cancellation.
