This cancellation policy applies to all attendees, regardless of the method of registration or reason for cancellation.

Substitutions to this conference are welcomed and encouraged in lieu of cancellations. If substituting for someone, please notify NDIA in writing at tmilnor@NDIA.org if payment is to be refunded to the original registrant or transferred to cover the substitute registration fee. A registration form must be completed for the new attendee.

Please note: Cancellation policy does not apply to tabletop display cancellations; no refunds will be issued for cancelled displays.
