A block of rooms has been reserved at both the Otis Hotel, Autograph Collection and the AC Hotel by Marriott Austin-University. The cutoff date for the room block is Sunday, February 16. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. When making your reservation, indicate that the room reservation is for National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA).

A block of rooms has been reserved at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center for this conference. The cutoff date for the room block is Friday, February 14. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. When making your reservation, indicate that the room reservation is for NDIA's 2020 Tactical Wheeled Vehicles Conference.

Room Rates

The group rate is $219 per night for industry and $163* per night for government.

*This rate is only available to active duty military and civilian government employees; U.S. government issued active duty ID cards and travel orders are required upon check-in. Failure to present these credentials will result in being charged the prevailing hotel rate.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time will result in one (1) night room rate and applicable taxes being charged to the credit card on file of the party that made the reservation.

Early Departure Fee

Checking out of your room prior to the reserved checkout date may result in an early checkout fee. To avoid a fee, please advise the hotel before or during check in.
