Registration

Online registration is now closed.

All registrants must be cleared for base access. Those with base access may register on site; however, those without base access must have registered by 4:00 pm on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, to be cleared. 

If you pre-register online or through Jessica Lewton, Meeting Planner, by Wednesday, February 12, 2020, you are automatically added to the base access list that is submitted to NAVAIR security.

*Please note: Due to NAS Patuxent River base security restrictions, only U.S. citizens may attend. 

There is a $15 fee for all individual cancellations. No refunds for cancellations received on or after 2/11/20. Substitutions welcome in lieu of cancellations!

NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. NDIA will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA conferences, meetings and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the NDIA event.
