Attendee Information
ATTIRE
Appropriate dress for the symposium is business attire for civilians and uniform of the day for military personnel. Active duty presenters are asked to wear Service Dress (Air Force), Class "A" (Army), Service Dress Blue “A” or “B” (Coast Guard), Class "B" (Marine Corps), or Service Dress Blues (Navy) on the day of their presentation. Attire for the evening social events is business casual.
ID BADGE
During conference registration, each attendee will be issued a conference badge. Please be prepared to present a valid picture I.D. Badges must be worn at all conference functions.
CLASSIFIED REQUIREMENTS
This symposium will be conducted at the SECRET//NOFORN level. All attendees must be U.S. citizens and have a valid need-to-know clearance certified by the appropriate security or contracting officer. When available, please see the Security Clearance and Gate Access page for information on submitting your clearance.
Due to the classified nature of the symposium, the following items will not be permitted in the meeting rooms: briefcases, suitcases, backpacks, cameras, media, cell phones, Blackberry devices, laptops, tablets, Fitbits, Apple Watches, Android Wear, 2-way pagers, or recording devices. NDIA staff will be available to check personal items in at the start of each day and to then check them out at the end of each day.
Proceedings from this symposium will NOT be available.

TRANSPORTATION & PARKING
Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa on Del Monte Golf Course:
- Has two Car Charging Stations: one universal and one Tesla specific. The vehicle charging stations are complimentary for hotel guests as well as restaurant patrons that present a valid receipt. Both stations are on a first-come, first-served basis with a 4-hour maximum charging time. Non-guests may use the charging stations for a nominal fee of $4/hour with a maximum of 4-hour usage.
- Offers complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and the Monterey Peninsula Airport daily. Call (831) 372-1234 to request airport shuttle service. After placing the call, the shuttle will pick you up curbside at arrivals. For departures, the shuttle departs from the hotel lobby hourly, a quarter past the hour; advanced reservations required. (Hours 7:15 am to 11:00 pm).
- If booking through the room block, parking is $10/day
NAVAL POSTGRADUATE SCHOOL
Limited parking is available on the Naval Postgraduate School grounds and not encouraged. Please see the NPS map which indicates open parking lots in green.

HARASSMENT POLICY
NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. NDIA will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA conferences, meetings and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the NDIA event.
