Academia registration is for full-time students or professors at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of registration. Adjunct professors or part-time students are not eligible.
Contractors do not qualify for Government rate and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration.

Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Alissa Meehan at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations for full conference registration categories received before November 4, 2020, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. For registrations under $100, a $25 cancellation fee will be applied. No refunds will be given for this conference on or after November 4, 2020. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment.
Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!
