REGISTRATION
The Registration fee covers access to keynote and general sessions, breakout sessions, access to exhibits, networking opportunities; including continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and the reception, and the technology demonstration.
ONLINE REGISTRATION
Please register with a complete and accurate email address. Registrations will be verified by email address. Should you register incorrectly, you will be contacted and a balance due might be incurred. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
Onsite registration will be open during the following times:
- Monday, June 3: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Tuesday, June 4: 7:00 am – 6:30 pm
- Wednesday, June 5: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Thursday, June 6: 7:00 – 12:00 pm
Please note: registration times are subject to change.
At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:
- Government: Government employee ID badge
- Industry and Academia: Government issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)
Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

Companies with defense-related annual revenue of $10 million or less qualify.
Academia registration is for full-time students or professors at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors or part-time students are not eligible.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent in writing to mmangas@ndia.org. $100 cancellation fee for requests received by May 23, 2019. No refunds for cancellations received after May 23, 2019. Substitutions welcome in lieu of cancellations. Substitution requests must also be made in writing to mmangas@ndia.org.
NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. NDIA will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the NDIA event.
