Registration

The registration fee covers keynote and general sessions, breakout sessions, access to exhibits, and networking opportunities; including continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and receptions.

Online Registration

Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

Onsite registration will be open during the following times:

  • Monday, May 13: 5:00 – 6:00 pm
  • Tuesday, May 14: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Wednesday, May 15: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm

Please note: registration times are subject to change.

At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:

  • Government: Government employee ID badge
  • Industry and Academia: Government issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)

Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

PCB Piezotronics Facility Tour
Register to attend the PCB Piezotronics Facility Tour on Thursday, May 16. There is no additional fee to attend the tour, but you must register in advance. Space is limited.

Cancellations 

Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to rdespot@ndia.org. Cancellations for full conference registration categories received before May 3, 2019 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for this conference on or after May 3, 2019. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment. 

Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!
