Attendee Information
Attire
Appropriate dress for the conference is business casual for civilians and uniform of the day for military personnel.
ID Badge
During registration and check-in, each attendee will be issued a conference badge. Please be prepared to present a valid picture ID. Badges must be worn at all conference functions.
Parking
The hotel is offering $20 daily discounted rate for valet parking with in and out privileges. Guests may park at the Augspurger Parking Ramp, located adjacent to the hotel across the street, or the open lot located directly across the street if they prefer. Parking rates vary at both locations.
Downtown Historic Garage
The Downtown Historic Garage, located at 93 Pearl Street, is offering parking for $10.00 daily with unlimited entry/access. The garage is covered with good lighting, staffed, and has digital security cameras. ITA Shuttle Service

- Cost: $21.00 one-way or $42.00 round trip
The Niagara Frontier Transit Authority (NFTA) also runs an Airport-Downtown Express Shuttle. This shuttle runs non-stop service between the airport and Buffalo's central business district, making its first stop in front of the Hyatt Regency Buffalo. One-way fare (in most cases) is $2.50. Service runs weekdays, approximately every 30 minutes, during peak drive time.
Local Transportation
Taxi
Various taxi companies service the airport and the hotel. Please proceed to the Ground Transportation area on the lower level, outside of baggage claim.
Cost: Approximately $35.00 to the hotel.
Greyhound
Located five blocks from the hotel.
Amtrak
Located 10 blocks from the hotel at Exchange Street depot.
Metro Rail
The train stays above and beneath Main Street, and travels from University at Buffalo South Campus to First Niagra Center. NOTE: Metro Rail provides complimentary above ground service from the hotel directly to the First Niagara Center.
