Cancellations & Substitutions
Cancellations received by April 24, 2019 will receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 24, 2019. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to mmangas@ndia.org
