This event is classified at the Secret U.S. Level. All attendees must be U.S. Citizens holding a secret clearance or higher.

ID Badge
During registration, each attendee will be issued a conference badge that must be worn during the event. Please be prepared to present a valid picture ID.  As per recent CNIC naval message, NAVSHORE 004/16, individuals who present a state issued driver’s license from Minnesota, Illinois, Missouri, New Mexico, Washington, and identification cards from American Samoa will not be accepted.  Individuals who do present credentials from one of the above named states or territories must provide a second form of identification.

Registration to the conference includes:

  Plenary Session and Networking Reception on Tuesday
  Technical Session on Wednesday

Cancellation Policy
All refund, cancellation, and substitution requests must be submitted in writing to Alissa Meehan at ameehan@ndia.org. There is a $75 cancellation fee for all cancellation requests. NO refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 8, 2019.   Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, he/she will be invoiced for payment. We do not issue refunds for the sole purpose of switching forms of payment; please ensure you register with the correct form of payment. This cancellation policy applies to all attendees, regardless of the method of registration or reason for cancellation.
