Christian is a Legislative Policy Associate in the National Defense Industrial Association’s (NDIA) Policy Division, with a legislative portfolio that includes small business defense contracting, foreign military sales (FMS), export control reform, and the international political and business landscapes surrounding those issues.

Before joining NDIA, Christian served as an intern in the U.S. Senate, the German Marshall Fund of the United States, and most recently with Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) where he assisted with AIA’s presence at the Farnborough International Air Show in London while also focusing on issues relating to the aerospace industry’s competitive presence overseas.

Christian is a graduate of Indiana University at Bloomington, receiving both a B.A. in International Studies and Political Science and a M.P.A in Public Policy Analysis and International Development. Christian has traveled to North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Western Europe.
