Registration

 Online registration is now closed.

All registrants must be cleared for base access.

Those with base access may register on site; however, those without base access must have registered by 4:00 pm on Tuesday, November 26, 2019, to be cleared. 

If you pre-register online or through Jessica Lewton, Meeting Planner, before Tuesday, November 26, 2019, you are automatically added to the base access list that is submitted to NAVAIR security.

*Please note: Due to NAS Patuxent River base security restrictions, only U.S. citizens may attend. This event is closed to the press.

There is a $15 fee for all individual cancellations. No refunds for cancellations received on or after 11/25/19. Substitutions welcome in lieu of cancellations!
