Cancellations & Substitutions

Cancellations received by Friday, November 1, 2019 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after Saturday, November 2, 2019. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to Andrea Lane at alane@NDIA.org.

NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the NDIA event.
