Onsite registration will be available; however pre-online registration is encouraged.

Full conference registration includes access to the conference on Tuesday, October 22, and Wednesday, October 23:

- Speaker Proceedings (if authorized by speaker)

Thursday is a half-day CLASSIFIED (SECRET//NOFORN)) session that must be selected as an add-on during the registration process. No concurrent unclassified session will be held on Thursday. Visit the Security Clearance Information page for criteria. Registration for the Classified Session has reached capacity and is now closed.

Reception & Award Dinner ONLY
This fee is for attendance at the Tuesday evening reception and award dinner ONLY. This does not include conference access or other meals. The reception and award dinner are included in regular conference registration for NON-active duty.

Active Duty Military Registration

You may register for this event via online registration with a special discount code. All active duty military registrants must provide a government email address on their registration to confirm complimentary attendance, and credentials will be verified on-site. Please contact Andrea Lane at alane@NDIA.org for the registration discount code.

Cancellations & Substitutions

Cancellations received by Friday, October 11, 2019 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after Saturday, October 12, 2019. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to Andrea Lane at alane@NDIA.org.
