The Registration fee covers the meeting as well as continental breakfasts, breaks, and lunch.
Continental breakfast will be available at 8:00 am on Wednesday, September 19 with welcoming remarks beginning at 9:00 am.
Please note the dates and times that registration will be open for the meeting (times are subject to change):
- Wednesday, September 19: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Thursday, September 20: 7:30 – 9:30 am
Upon arrival, take the elevator to the 7th floor and go to NDIA's main lobby for check-in. At registration check-in, please be prepared to present a valid picture ID or military ID. Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.
Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
Online registration will close Monday, September 17, 2018. Onsite registration will be available.

Cancellations received by September 12, 2018 will receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after this date. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
