ID Badge 
During registration and check-in, each attendee will be issued a conference badge.  Please be prepared to present a valid picture ID.  Badges must be worn at all conference functions.

Please contact Evamarie Socha at to register.  All press interested in attending this event must be registered by 5:00pm EST on April 16, 2018 to allow for conference coordination.  No exceptions will be made. 

Shipping Information: 
Parcels for events may be delivered to the Hotel three (3) working days prior to the event.  The shipment must be addressed to the guest responsible for claiming the parcel at the Hotel which can be claimed at the Hotel Front Desk or with the Banquet Department when preparing to set up for an event or meeting.  Parcels should be addressed to: Responsible PersonEvent Name, DoubleTree by Hilton Portland, 1000 NE Multnomah, Portland, Oregon 97232.  Hotel requires advance notice of shipment and number of parcels.  Parcels should be numbered 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc.  Hotel is not responsible for storage of exhibit property or large numbers of parcels beyond 3 working days prior to the event.

  • Envelope (including FedEx large envelope) – no charge
  • Package - $5.00 receiving and outbound fee (per package)
  • Pallet - $50.00 receiving fee + delivery fee if not arranged through a drayage company

The DoubleTree by Hilton Portland recommends that shipment of pallets should be arranged through a drayage company to be delivered on the day of set up.  A receiving and storage fee of $50.00 per day will be applied if a pallet is shipped to the Hotel for storage, and a $50.00 labor fee will be charged for movement of the pallet to the meeting room.
