Online registration is now closed. Please register onsite at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner or The MITRE Corporation. 

 

The Registration fee covers keynote sessions, panel sessions, breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and welcome reception.

Military/Active Duty/Government Employee
Registration cost is complimentary*, the cost is $75 to add meals. Contractors do not qualify for free registration and must register as Industry. Must register using a valid Military or Government email address. Must show Military ID or Government Employee ID at registration check-in when picking up badge.

Online Registration
Please register with a complete and accurate e-mail address. You will receive an e-mailed confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

Onsite Registration will be available during the following times:

  • Tuesday, March 6: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
  • Wednesday, March 7: 6:30 am – 4:00 pm
  • Thursday, March 8: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm

Classified Day
The third and final day, March 8, of the symposium is SECRET//NOFORN and open only to U.S. Citizens who possess at least a Secret Clearance. Attendees must be affiliated with U.S. Companies. If you wish to attend all three days of the symposium, please select the One Day Classified Session at the bottom of the page during the registration process.

Academia registration is for full-time students or professors at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors or part-time students are not eligible.

Cancellations & Substitutions
Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to rdespot@ndia.org. Cancellations for full conference registration categories received by February 21, 2018, will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for this event after February 21, 2018. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment. 

Substitutions for this event are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!
