Cancellation Policy
All refund, cancellation, and substitution requests must be submitted in writing no later than August 31, 2017 to NDIA, attn: Lynette Petito via fax at (703) 522-4601 or email to lpetito@ndia.org. There is a $75 cancellation fee for all cancellation requests. NO refunds will be made for cancellations received after August 31, 2017. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, he/she will be invoiced for payment. We do not issue refunds for the sole purpose of switching forms of payment; please ensure you register with the correct form of payment. This cancellation policy applies to all attendees, regardless of the method of registration or reason for cancellation.

Substitution Policy
We welcome and encourage substitutions! If substituting for someone, notify NDIA in writing at lpetito@ndia.org if payment is to be refunded to the original registrant or transferred to cover the substitute registration fee. A registration form must be completed for the new attendee.
